Opportunities in Youth Formation - Share your faith!

This is not a commitment, it is an offer to consider a ministry with youth. You have gifts and talents to share! It might be working directly with children or perhaps you can share your culinary skills. Maybe you love hospitality. You may have an hour a week or you might want to spend a week at VBS or camp. We want to help match your gifts and time with our opportunities to help our kids. Most areas involve pairs of adults partnering together. If you indicate an interest in any of the areas below, we will contact you when those needs arise during the year. Again, this is just an interest survey and not a commitment! This usually involves working the 5 days of VBS, approximately 4 hours a day. There is some prep work. Please indicate all areas of interest.

Work with the Youth Group Leader and Youth Formation Director to coordinate plans and engage students. Both groups meet primarily on Wednesday evenings.

We are looking for parents who are willing and able to share their faith with our PK-12th grade students. Join our team of catechists on Sundays from 9:45AM-10:30AM. You will work with a partner and provided all needed materials to engage students in learning more about our Catholic Faith. Classes follow a school calendar year with holiday weekends off.

Meet with small groups of parents preparing for their child's baptism. This class takes place the 1st and 3rd Sunday's of the month from 9:45 - 10:30AM and leaders rotate. Couples are welcome to teach together! This is a wonderful opportunity to help young families begin their faith journey with children.
